Photo Assistant

This person will serve as the first point of contact for deliveries and guests, maintain a clean and functional workspace, manage equipment inventory, and support the studio team with daily operations. Equipment & Inventory Management • Maintain accurate inventory of all camera gear, lighting, grip, and studio equipment. • Manage equipment shipments for repairs and ensure timely returns. Administrative Support • Maintain logs for equipment usage, repairs, and studio maintenance. Who You Are • 1–2 years of experience as an administrative or studio assistant (photo studio experience a plus).
