This position is all about helping us stay organized. For half of your day, you will be responsible for all product shipments and ensure they are checked in to our system, organized & returned. If there is an issue or question from the customer regarding shipping, you'll work with them to solve it. The perfect person for this job is a super organized and clean person with a photography background who's looking to get started in the photography industry. * Checkin, prepare and track products for image capture * Identify potential issues during check in * Maintain accurate inventory of all products * Tracking return dates of each order and returning them to the customer * Process, repack and arrange for product return in the condition received * Organize, manage and maintain the common area for product storage in a neat and orderly fashion for multiple clients * Use good judgment to problem solve and make recommendations to improve the process * Manage the relationships with shipping partners (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
