Role Description The Photo Booth Host is a part-time, on-site role based in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area.

Day-to-day responsibilities include transporting, setting up and breaking down photo booth equipment at event locations, ensuring all hardware and software operate smoothly, and assisting guests with posing, props, and photo booth features.

The host greets attendees, explains how to use the booth, and helps create an engaging and fun atmosphere while maintaining professionalism. This role also involves monitoring print quality or digital outputs, troubleshooting minor technical issues, and communicating with event organizers to follow timelines and specific requests. Evening and weekend availability is often required, as many events occur outside standard business hours.

Qualifications

Customer service and guest interaction skills to create welcoming, enjoyable experiences for event attendees.Basic technical aptitude for operating cameras, lighting, tablets, and photo booth software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal communication and a friendly, professional demeanor.Event support skills such as time management, reliability, and the ability to follow event schedules and directions from coordinators.Physical ability to lift and transport photo booth equipment (in upur personsl behicle) and stand for extended periods during events.Attention to detail to ensure high-quality photos, neat setup, and consistent branding or event-specific requirements.Prior experience in events, hospitality, photography, or entertainment is beneficial but not required.Reliable transportation to travel to event venues within the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area and flexibility for evenings and weekends.
