Photo Coordination Senior Specialist

Are you an experienced Photo Coordination Senior Specialist looking to join a dynamic team at JCPenney? We are looking for someone with a creative eye, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to keep track of multiple projects at once. You must have a good understanding of digital photography and equipment, and be able to keep detailed records and reports. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed. • Coordinate photo shoots, ensuring all necessary equipment and personnel are present • Ensure the quality and accuracy of all photos taken during shoots • Monitor and maintain detailed records and reports on all photo shoots • Train and mentor other team members on photography and equipment • Provide creative direction and vision for photo shoots • Source and maintain relationships with external vendors and photographers • Manage and organize digital photo library • Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure deadlines are met • Stay up to date with new photography techniques and technology • Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during shoots
