A well-developed aesthetic that connects with journalistic photography and video, and the portfolio to prove it including examples of original commissions that reflect a consistent, A+ taste level and excellent execution Expert at shoot commissioning and production, fee negotiation, contracts, and creative direction Meticulous budget management Knowledge of image rights and legal clearance processes for commissioned content Ability to find compelling editorial stories that resonate on a global scale A global network of photographers, directors, and DPs Clear and concise communication skills Highly collaborative, great to work with on a team, and instinctively understand the value of building great relationships across an organization, from marketing, HI, internal production teams and more. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $81.52 to $90.58 an hour.
