Photo Editor

We are looking for a talented photo editor to coordinate assignments by uploading, selecting, editing and delivering images from photographers 2-4 sessions per day. The successful candidate will be able to collaborate with the photographer to decide on which photos will be published, edit based upon structured approaches defined by the photographer and ensure deadlines are met. Ultimately, you should be able to fully process inbound photo sessions to final deliverables with minimal oversight.

This position is a weekend assignment, working Sat/Sun to catch up on assignments that have not been completed during the week.

Responsibilities

Receive photo cards from photographer(s)
Manage files in accordance with session management guidelines

Review photos, edit and deliver photos based upon contractual specs
Keep track of status of session deliverables and report as needed

Skills

Proven work experience as a photo editor
Solid experience with digital technology and photo editing software packages (eg Lightroom, Photoshop and Pixieset )

Strong photo editing skills and excellent portfolio
Creative mind with an eye for detail
Excellent communication and team skills
Punctual, organized and disciplined in delivery
