The mission of Jazz at Lincoln Center, Inc. (“JALC”) is to entertain, enrich and expand a global community for jazz through performance, education, and advocacy. He/she must have a passion and aptitude for photography and visual storytelling and will be responsible for capturing Jazz at Lincoln Center’s concerts, events, and tours for marketing and archival purposes. They will work cross-functionally with all departments to supply professional, finished images that are on-brand. • Act as the main point of contact for JALC’s photography needs • Help maintain the integrity of the JALC photo archive • Assist with crediting, licensing, and usage issues related to the photo archive • Apply digital photo editing best practices, including captioning, color correction, retouching, cropping/resizing photos, etc. To assist any individual who is unable to be vaccinated because of a medical condition or who objects to being vaccinated on the basis of sincerely held religious beliefs and practices, JALC will engage in an interactive process to determine if a reasonable accommodation can be provided, so long as it does not create an undue hardship for the JALC and/or does not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others in the workplace and/or to the employee.
