Photo Gallery Head of Department Job Description Chapel of the Flowers is seeking a Photo Gallery Head of Department (HOD). This position is responsible for working closely with the Sales Manager to develop and/or implement and maintain an organizational strategy designed to maximize revenue and net profit results specifically in the Photo Gallery Department. • Work alongside Sales Manager to develop strategies to reach all over arching goals • Management and support of all Photo Gallery Team’s training and staffing needs • Develop and monitor Photo Gallery department’s training manual and Standard Operating Procedure’s • Management of career path and employee development • Participates in the process of hiring and discharge of all Sales Representatives • Responsible for managing and monitoring of all pipelines • Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings, sales newsletters, and electronic bulletins • Works closely with other managers in the company to meet all companywide strategic goals Daily Objectives: • Monitor consistent execution of Photo Gallery outreach program • Drive sales results through brainstorming, direction, and coaching • Supervise sales operations through establishing and monitoring metrics of success • Management of all sales and customer related policies and overall departmental procedures • Handle guest satisfaction and guest recovery efforts • Continually seeking and accessing functional knowledge and expertise Product Management: • Work to develop product offerings that maximize immediate sales and generate on-going sales through for the entire customer life cycle • Stay abreast of best practices and industry trends • Assist in creating and implementation of new products and amenities • Identify and communicate product and service needs and opportunities to leadership The environment is fast paced, team focused, and all about our brides and grooms!
