Photo Lab Team Lead - 2nd Shift

We are looking for a Team Lead to help with the overall successful functionality of the production lab. The Team Lead position is considered a management role, reporting to the department Performance Supervisor and assisting with mentoring, guiding, delegating, and supporting all permanent and seasonal associates within the area. To be effective in this role, the applicant must be willing and capable of addressing the needs of the area and department in terms of both technical components and leadership components. The Area Lead is responsible for successful daily completion of the area’s standard operating procedures, as well as organization and delegation of required tasks. The Area Lead partners with the Department Supervisor in order to solve any team conduct or performance issues, while using proper delegation techniques with team members to ensure all goals are achieved.
