Photo Lab Technician

In this role, the Lab Technician prepares materials, operates sublimation printing equipment, and packages Dorian customer products. The technician will perform quality control checks to maintain high standards throughout the fulfillment process. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, organization, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining consistency and precision.

This is a seaonal job with a great Monday-Friday schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor photo sublimation machinesLoad materials, products, or supplies into machinesInspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and any quality issuesIdentify and fix any quality issuesPerform routine maintenance and basic troubleshootingComplete required paperwork/computer work accuratelyFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentAny duties deemed necessary by managementJob Requirements & Qualifications

Ability to stand for extended periods, 7-8 hours per shiftWalk between machines, workstations, and storage areasFrequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movementsFrequent use of hands and wrists for repetitive tasks in packagingCapable of lifting and carrying up to 30-50 pounds regularlyVisual acuity to distinguish fine details and color variationsAbility to safely operate machinery and handle heated surfacesPay: From $18.15 per hour
