Job Title: Photo Print Producer Location: Onsite (collaboration across time zones) Start Date: ASAP Duration: 6 months (contract, extremely likely to extend/convert) Compensation Range: $100 / hour - $120 / hour W2 Benefits: This role is eligible to enroll in both Mondo's health insurance plan and retirement plan. Mondo defers to the applicable State or local law for paid sick leave eligibility Job Description: The Photo Print Producer will lead the end-to-end production of photography and static marketing assets, managing photoshoots, print deliverables, and digital production workflows to support large-scale brand and marketing initiatives. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: • Produce photography shoots end-to-end including vendor sourcing, logistics, talent coordination, props, location management, and on-set oversight • Manage print production for marketing materials including newsletter advertising, out-of-home campaigns, and brand assets • Oversee production of static digital assets for web, social, and advertising channels • Traffic and coordinate newsletter and email campaign assets with creative and marketing teams • Develop and manage project timelines while keeping stakeholders aligned on progress and deliverables • Source and manage relationships with photographers, retouchers, and production vendors • Coordinate cross-functionally with brand, marketing, and communications teams • Maintain organized digital asset libraries and production documentation • Manage creative review processes and feedback cycles to ensure timely approvals • Identify and implement improvements to production workflows as the volume of work grows
