Photo Producer

Following production, the Photography Producer manages post-production administrative responsibilities, including reviewing and processing vendor invoices, talent releases, and preparing cost reports. The role ensures that all contracts, releases, and production documentation are properly archived. As a member of the broader Executive Office creative team, the photo producer will also contribute and participate to department functions relating to the projects the photography relates to. Today, our employees are located at our three major campuses in Phoenix/Scottsdale, Arizona, Jacksonville, Florida, Rochester, Minnesota, and at Mayo Clinic Health System campuses throughout Midwestern communities, and at our international locations.
