Freelance Production Assistant (Event Support) – Las Vegas

Dates:
• May 29–31 (potential pre‑event support)
• June 1–4 (main event)
Schedule: Full‑day support (approx. 10‑hour days; exact timing TBD)
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Supporting photographers on‑site during a large‑scale live event
• Assisting with lighting, equipment setup, and portrait sessions
• Helping manage logistics, talent flow, and general on‑the‑ground coordination
• Ensuring smooth execution across both candid and staged photography moments
What We’re Looking For:
• Prior experience as a Production Assistant on live events
• Familiarity with photo shoots, lighting setups, and portrait support
• Ability to stay organized and proactive in a fast‑paced environment
• Positive, team‑first attitude and strong communication skills
