• Color grading, noise reduction and composition adjustments: Ensure images meet aspect ratio requirements as well as brand standards. • Color correction and exposure control on set: Monitor images for correct exposure, white balance, and consistency, making real-time adjustments. • Asset organization and management: Manage and categorize large image libraries using DAM systems or cataloging software (Adobe Lightroom, Capture One, Photo Mechanic, Canto, etc.). • Familiarity with Workamajig or other project management tools. • Must have a strong portfolio showcasing advanced retouching skills, color correction, and image compositing across various formats (e.g., print, digital, social media) for review.
