This position is ideal for someone who has customer-facing experience, understands photography equipment & software basics, and can troubleshoot camera or lighting equipment when needed. Reflect operates by appointment only, and sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. We expect hours to grow as the studio gains traction, but in the early stages, scheduling will be more fluid and based directly on bookings. Monitor the schedule & communicate with owners for upcoming bookings on a day-to-day basis Greet clients and create a welcoming, professional studio environment Prepare studio equipment prior to each session (camera, lighting, settings check) Guide clients on how to use the mirror photo system Troubleshoot basic technical issues with cameras, lighting, or software Upload and deliver client photo galleries using Pixieset Perform light photo editing in Lightroom or Photoshop when needed Maintain studio organization, cleanliness, and readiness between appointments Communicate clearly and professionally with clients Assist in improving the client experience as the studio grows Optional additional responsibilities (for additional pay):
