Photo Studio Associate Account Manager

In this role, you will support the daily operations for all laydown and on-figure product photography produced at an in-house Photo Studio. As an Associate Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent photo shoots, creating shotlists, ensuring data integrity within workflow tools, and tracking and resolving shot request variances with business partners. Key Responsibilities: • Support multiple concurrent photo shoots within the in-house Photo Studi • Create shotlists and ensure data integrity within workflow tools • Track and resolve shot request variances with appropriate business partners • Partner with Sample Coordinators to track outstanding samples for photo shoots • Assist in scheduling product laydown and on-figure photo shoots • Oversee daily photo shoot workflow process • Manage high-priority projects within the photo studio pipeline to ensure timely asset delivery • Serve as primary point of contact for questions regarding sample and shotlist integrity for on-figure and laydown photography • Provide accurate weekly photography metrics to the Account Management Team • Analyze data and provide recommendations for future photo shoots • Create, publish, and maintain seasonal shot guidelines to ensure correct shot strategy mapped to approved budget • Experience in photo and video production and project management • Understanding of the production process and ability to manage projects effectively. Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, FileMaker Pro or similar software
