Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Photo Studio Coordinator to support a fast-paced studio team in NW Portland. This onsite role focuses on organizing, maintaining, and coordinating product samples across warehouse and photo-studio operations.

Responsibilities

Process incoming samples, palletize materials, and relocate inventory as needed.Organize, track, store, and return samples after project completion.Pull and pack samples for transfer between teams.Communicate sample status, priorities, and conflicts accurately and promptly.Assist with assembling and installing product samples for studio projects.Maintain organized sample storage and help ensure products remain in excellent condition.Support a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.Assist with sample sales and other special projects as needed.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Clear, proactive communication and a collaborative working style.Comfort using Excel, Outlook, and Windows; inventory-system experience is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to regularly lift and move items up to 65 lbs.
