Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Studio Manager, Photo Operations for a creative, design-driven company in the consumer retail space. PERKS: Competitive annual salary up to $120,000, depending on experience Full health, dental, and vision coverage Paid holidays, generous PTO, and a consistent Monday–Friday schedule Creative studio environment with opportunity to lead brand-defining work A culture of respect, inclusion, and collaboration RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and manage day-to-day photo and video production operations in a creative studio Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and feedback to a team of creatives and support staff Oversee the production lifecycle from planning through post-production, ensuring brand alignment and quality Manage studio resources, vendor partnerships, project budgets, and production logistics Collaborate with marketing and creative leaders to translate vision into effective execution QUALIFICATIONS: Strong experience in photo production and studio operations within high-volume environments Expertise in both product and marketing photography Proven ability to manage creative teams and production timelines effectively Knowledge of production tools, processes, and vendor sourcing, especially in the Seattle market A solutions-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and communication skills COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: This position offers a competitive annual salary of up to $120,000, depending on experience.
