Position Overview
Our retail client is looking for a Photo Studio Production Coordinator who will play a crucial role in supporting the photo studio production team to ensure smooth workflow and coordination between various departments. This position is essential for managing schedules, resources, and communication among team members, contributing to the successful execution of shoots.

This will be a 40 hour per week freelance role, on-site role in Columbus, OH, starting in early July and will last 3 to 4 months.

Managing production calendars and schedulesSupporting production budgets and shoot budgetsHelping coordinate the calendar and timelineBooking and managing models and freelancersHelping coordinate samples and product that comes to the studioManaging requests and tasks from stakeholdersManaging invoices for any costs related to the studioSample managementEnsuring shoots stay on trackQualifications

Photo studio production experienceExperience working in retail and ecommerce photo studiosHas booked and managed models or freelancersHas coordinated a production calendar and managed a calendarExperience with studio budget trackingExperience managing production timelines and shoot timelinesExperience managing invoices for models/freelancers and other production expensesAbility to project manage and coral different teams and peopleExperience managing schedulesExperience managing samples and retail merchandise on setIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
