Photo Stylist

Spoiled Rotten® Photography-Katy Houston, Texas

Spoiled Rotten Photography: Photo

Assistant (Part-Time)

The job that serves you as much as you serve others.

Kids are finally in school.

The house is quiet.

And somehow you are busier than ever… but not fulfilled.

You love your family. You love being there for pickup, parties, and game days.

You just miss you.

Spoiled Rotten Photography is hiring Photo Assistants for school photo days. It’s a 3-4

day/week role, typically 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, that gives you:

Your own income (without begging the calendar for permission)A real team (good people, same priorities, zero corporate politics)Work that feels like joy (because kids are hilarious and memories matter)Time freedom (home for the bus stop, evenings and weekends protected)The story you are living right now (and why this role fits)

You are not looking for “a job.” You are looking for:

Freedom to spend without askingA way to feel productive againFriends and community during the dayA schedule that does not steal nights, weekends, and family momentsThis role was built for exactly that.

What you will do (the real work)

On photo days, you will:

Help set up simple photography equipment onsiteBring out real smiles by playing, pretending, and engaging kidsMove the line: keep kids flowing smoothly through the photo processSupport the photographer so every child gets a great shotYes, you will laugh. A lot.

Yes, you will feel proud when parents receive images they will keep forever.

What a typical day looks like

7:00 AM: Arrive onsite, set up with the team

7:30 AM to 11:30 AM: Photograph classes (you are the energy, the calm, the fun)

12:00 PM: Wrap, pack, head home

You are home in time for real life: bus stop, practices, errands, dinner, date night.

The kind of person who wins here

Our best Photo Assistants tend to be:

Active (working out, outdoorsy, or naturally on-the-go)Planners (you like being prepared and on time)Community-minded (you volunteer, you care, you show up)Good with kids (you can be playful without losing control of the moment)Team people (you want connection, not isolation)

The hard truth (so nobody wastes time)

This role is not for everyone.

People who quit usually quit because:

The job is more physical than expected (standing, squatting, bending, moving fast)They like kids but do not enjoy kid-mess reality (yes, sometimes that means snot)They get overwhelmed by the controlled chaos of moving multiple children through a photo line

If you read that and thought: “I can handle it.”

You are probably a fit.
