Training3-day paid “Train the Trainer” session at JostensPIX Headquarters in MN plus paid virtual training sessionsIdentify a local location for pre-season photographer trainingPartner with Training Specialist to train your teamProvide on-the-job guidance for new hires throughout the seasonSchool Photography OperationsManage photo day logistics and ensure appropriate photographer coverage for each eventResearch and determine centralized storage location for photography equipmentOversee equipment storage, organization, and coordination of equipment pickups with your teamCoordinate weekly pickups with Event Leads for photography hard drives and related itemsCollect and prepare all photography gear for shipment to MN at season endEmployee ManagementPartner with HR to conduct interviews and hire photographersDirectly manage photographers within the HubManage school assignments and photographer scheduling for the service areaEnsure all photo-day details are clear to photographers and school contacts through ongoing communicationEstablish expectations with photographers to ensure adherence to JostensPIX standards and attendanceAttend/lead weekly virtual team meetingsPartner with Travel Coordinator for hotel reservation needsOversee and approve photographer expenses; manage overtime and travel needsPhotography ExecutionUnderstand and execute JostensPIX photography in accordance with Jostens protocolWork as a Photographer or Event Lead when neededAttend 2–3 Photo Day events per week as additional supportEnsure smooth operations from setup to troubleshooting tech issues (attendance, tech issues, etc. )Ability to travel to schools within the assigned Hub as neededWhat You Bring to the RoleLeadership experience: proven success in managing teams and driving performance under pressureEducation & Experience: a four-year degree or equivalent combination of education, customer service, and general business experienceCommunication skills: exceptional ability to connect with and lead a team, clients, and partners at all levelsOrganization & attention to detail: ability to juggle multiple tasks without missing a beatTech-savvy: comfortable using computers and learning new programs quicklyPhysical stamina: able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and maintain energy on busy photo daysFlexibility: willing to work early mornings, evenings, and travel as needed within the assigned areaValid driver\'s license: access to a reliable, insured vehicle; vehicle must be large enough to transport equipmentComfort with school environments: ability to interact with students of all ages and abilitiesProfessional appearance: maintain grooming and demeanor reflecting Jostens’ imageReliable communication: dependable cell phone and internet access to stay connected with team and clientsLocal RequirementsMay be required to complete additional background/health screenings as determined by state policiesApplication DeadlineThis position will accept applications on an ongoing basis until filledLove Where You WorkWe care about your success.
