Photo Team Manager - Buffalo, NY

Overview:** We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Photo Team Manager to lead our photography operations in the Buffalo, NY area. As a hybrid of remote and onsite work, this role involves a combination of working from home and at various school locations. If you have a passion for team leadership and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to talk to you! **Responsibilities:** • Assist the... photography team in capturing unforgettable moments for students K-12 and their families • Lead daily operations at assigned Hub, including training and managing photographers • Ensure school picture day events are well-staffed and equipment is organized and assigned • Manage school assignments and photographer scheduling, and oversee employee expenses and overtime • Provide ongoing training and support to photographers, and assist with escalated troubleshooting or event issues • Work scheduled events as a photographer or event lead, and attend weekly virtual team meetings • *Qualifications:** • Demonstrated people management experience and leadership skills • Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education, customer service, and general business experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Valid US driver's license and access to reliable, insured vehicle • Extremely organized with a high attention to detail • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks under time pressure • Availability to work early mornings and late nights • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs • Comfortable working with computers and ability to learn multiple new programs • Excellent analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills • Comfortable working in a school environment with children of all ages and abilities • Grooming and demeanor appropriate for role and Jostens' corporate image • *Benefits:** • Competitive wage of $28-30/hour • Full-time status, eligible for healthcare benefits • Seasonal schedule (June through November/December) • Average of 30+/hour work week with overtime opportunity/pay during peak dates • Paid training - no photography experience required • Option to be paid daily • Voluntary benefits, including home and car insurance, pet insurance, flexible spending account, and travel discounts
