Photo Team Manager - Seattle, WA

Overview:** Join our innovative team as a Photo Team Manager and lead our photography operations to new heights! As a hybrid role, you'll work remotely and onsite at various school locations. With a competitive wage, full-time status, and a seasonal schedule, this is an exciting opportunity to grow with our team. **Responsibilities:** • Assist photography team in capturing unforgettable moments... for students K-12 and their families • Lead day-to-day operations of assigned Hub • Participate in paid training sessions and facilitate on-the-job training for new hires • Ensure school picture day events are well-staffed and coordinate logistics • Manage school assignments and photographer scheduling for service area • Establish expectations with photographers and ensure adherence to JostensPIX standards • Attend/lead weekly, virtual team meetings and oversee photographer expenses • Work scheduled events as a Photographer or Event Lead, as needed • Troubleshoot escalated issues and assist with photography execution • *Qualifications:** • Demonstrated people management experience and leadership skills • Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education, customer service, and general business experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Valid US driver's license and access to reliable, insured vehicle • Extremely organized with a high attention to detail • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks under time pressure • Ability to work early mornings and late nights, and lift and carry up to 50 lbs • *Benefits:** • Competitive wage of $29-31/hour • Full-time status with eligibility for healthcare benefits • Seasonal schedule (June through November/December) • Average of 30+/hour work week with overtime opportunity/pay during peak dates • Paid training - no photography experience required • Option to be paid DAILY • Voluntary benefits - home and car insurance, pet insurance, flexible spending account, travel discounts, amongst many more
