Position Overview
We are seeking reliable and motivated Photo & Video Assistants / Associate Shooters to support and capture events under the Atèpá Media brand.
Experience is welcomed, but it is not the only thing we value. We are looking for dependable individuals who are professional, coachable, and committed to delivering high-quality work. If you already shoot in our style, great. If not, we are open to training the right people.
Responsibilities
Assist with photography and videography coverage at weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings
Capture high-quality photo and/or video content
Help with gear setup, lighting, and event production support
Follow creative direction and shoot in the Atèpá Media style
Work professionally with clients, guests, and team members
Deliver a positive, professional, and client-focused experience throughout each event
Contribute to a smooth and positive event experience
Requirements
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (You’d need to drive to events and shoots)
Must own and be comfortable operating a camera suitable for professional photo or video work
Strong communication and professionalism
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules
Team-oriented, dependable, dedicated, and detail-oriented
Photography or videography experience is a plus, but not required
Willingness to learn and grow within our creative process
