We’re looking for someone who is independent, collaborative, and excited to help elevate the production quality of our work. • Maintain and manage camera, lighting, and production equipment • Work with editors and designers to ensure assets align with the creative vision • Help develop visual approaches for social media, advertising campaigns, and brand storytelling • Organize and deliver photo and video assets after shoots • Participate in internal planning meetings and project discussions • Stay up to date with production techniques, gear, and visual trends Personal Skills • Strong creative eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling • Self-starter who takes initiative and takes ownership of projects • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to manage multiple shoots and deadlines • Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment • Strong communication skills with clients, talent, and team members • Detail-oriented and quality-focused • Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with a small creative team • Adaptable and resourceful during production challenges • Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile Location: • Portland, OR 97239 (Preferred) Ability to Commute: • Portland, OR 97239 (Required)
