The primary job responsibility would be answering questions about various products we sell, tripods, heads, gimbal heads, bracket, video sliders, and other camera support equipment. Experience with upselling, Selling photography & digital imaging products to the general public, is a huge plus . Other responsibilities include troubleshooting technical based issues for customers, returns exchanges, supporting customers. Also since we're not a huge company we may need you to shift gears and if you'd like to produce some video or photo content that's great, or ship and package some products. Interested applicants should have a strong background in video as well as digital photography.
