MAIN JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Loading-in and Breakdown event set-up / Must be able to lift 20 lbs. Providing superior customer service to event attendees Engaging customers and maximizing sales at each convention event Communicating inventory, supply needs, and sales to Merchandise Associate & Directors Traveling required & work on weekends; Potentially Thurs pm – Monday am Maintaining a clean, tidy, and healthy work environment Be cooperative with teammates & can take direction from event Directors Organization of KAR’s digital media. Work with production staff on the scheduling and archiving of new material created during normal operations. EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS Strong organizational skills Strong communication & customer service skills Must be comfortable with handling cash and credit transactions Must be a dedicated team player Retail or customer service experience is a plus Photography or video camera operator experience is a plus Able to work long strenuous hours. Regularly required to hear and speak in order to effectively communicate orally.
