🚀 Job Title: Photo / Video Production Specialist Production LeadershipLead and manage the agency's photo and video production department, including maintaining production schedules and coordinating shoots.Develop and improve production workflows and processes.Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.Manage and maintain production equipment and studio assets. Photography & VideographyCapture professional photography for corporate branding, commercial campaigns, products, industrial environments, manufacturing facilities, events, and team/executive portraits.Plan, shoot, and direct video productions while operating professional camera, audio, and lighting equipment.Conduct and film interviews, and capture b-roll and storytelling footage.Manage multi-camera productions when necessary. Preferred QualificationsAgency experience.Part 107 Drone License (and drone operating experience).Adobe After Effects proficiency, 3D animation, and motion graphics experience.Experience managing freelance crews.Experience producing content for social media advertising.Experience in industrial, manufacturing, construction, or B2B environments. What Success Looks Like (Within the First Year)You will own all photo and video production operations and improve efficiency and turnaround times.You will deliver consistently high-quality creative work and create scalable production systems and standards.You will build trust with clients and internal teams, helping to increase the agency's overall content production capacity.
