Photograph Sales Team Lead – Event Operations

Location: Greenville, SC (Travel Required) Who We’re Looking For As the Photography Team Leader – Event Operations , you will lead at youth sports tournaments, ensuring flawless event execution, high-performing teams, and exceptional customer experiences. The Onsite Leader reports to the District Manager and collaborates with the Photography and Sales teams to deliver top-tier service at each event. Event Execution & Problem-Solving: Manage on-site logistics (setup/teardown); quickly resolve challenges to keep the event running smoothly; maintain clear communication with staff and leadership. Team Leadership & Performance: Lead, train, and manage a team of 2-6 Crew Members; set goals, coach in real time, drive accountability; keep the team engaged and focused; ensure top-tier customer service. Compensation & Benefits High-Earning Potential – Base pay + up to 4% of event revenue; top leaders earn $700-$1,000 per event.
