This role reports to the Chief Registrar and strengthens the museum’s visual identity while enhancing public access to Tennessee’s cultural heritage.Key ResponsibilitiesUses photographic and video equipment to capture subjects, objects, locations, and/ or events.Stages subjects, objects, or areas for photography as needed and coordinates with museum staff, visitors, and other stakeholders to support imaging needs.Identifies valuable photographs or videos for use in projects, publications, and/or newsletters.Processes, archives, and retrieves digital image assets following established procedures.Maintains records of equipment usage and tracks hours allocated to projects as instructed.Note on Job Titles: When searching, you may see official state classification titles (e.g., "Assistant Chief") that differ from internal museum titles.
