Royal Eyez is a Miami-based creative studio producing high-impact visuals for artists, brands, and entrepreneurs. We shoot campaigns, portraits, events, and social-first content that feels clean, intentional, and elevated. We’re building a dependable team that can execute at a high level and represent the brand well on set.

What You’ll Do

You’ll capture high-quality photo content for client shoots, working closely with Royal and the team to bring the concept to life.

Responsibilities

Photograph brand shoots, portraits, BTS, and select event coverage
Follow creative direction and shot lists while still capturing strong candid moments
Maintain a clean, consistent look aligned with the project vision
Work professionally on set with clients, talent, and crew
Organize and deliver selects on deadline (via Dropbox/Drive)
Basic post-production: culling, color correction, and clean retouching (or coordinate handoff if editing is assigned)

What We’re Looking For

Strong portfolio in portrait/brand photography (studio + natural light)
Solid understanding of lighting, composition, and posing
Fast, organized workflow (cull + delivery without delays)
Professional communication and reliability (shows up prepared and on time)
Comfortable working in a team environment and taking direction
Based in Miami or able to work locally on-set

Nice to Have

Experience shooting artists, fashion/beauty, or commercial brands
Ability to capture short BTS clips on iPhone/camera when requested
Studio experience and familiarity with tethering

Requirements

Must have your own camera body + lenses and reliable storage workflow
Must be able to provide a portfolio link (website/IG/Drive reel)

Pay: $30,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
