Description for Job : IRC20713 Photographer, Communications and Marketing Summary In collaboration with the Executive Director for Creative, the Photo Editor / Senior Photographer and the Digital Resources Coordinator, the photographer shoots quality photographs of subjects and events to support and advance the university's overall communications and marketing strategy and service delivery missions. This includes attending key events and building a strong catalog of images to be used by offices across the university. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Technical : experience using Lightroom and Photoshop; ability to conceptualize and create high-quality images for print and digital; • ability to judge and set up lighting on location and in a studio; ability to use a variety of lenses and lighting accessories; Required Education and / or Experience • Bachelor's degree (preferably in photography, film or the visual arts) • Three years experience as a professional photographer
