Job Description Philly Photo & Philm Co. is seeking a qualified person for the position of Photographer. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver photographs that exceed their expectations. Collaborate with clients to identify their needs, appropriate proper service solutions, and to ensure customer satisfaction Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards. Proactively mitigate any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event days Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Requirements Photography: 5 years (Required) Wedding Photography: 3 years (required) Customer Service: 2 year (Preferred) Photoshop, Lightroom, & Illustrator Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation Travel to jobs as required Compensation is project based Opportunity to earn bonuses and shared profits based on performance Pay range listed is per job/project.
