Summary of the position: The Market Manager plays a critical role in our organization, tasked with developing and maintaining a market within their designated area. To be successful in this role, the Market Manager will need to have a deep understanding of real estate marketing and be able to present themselves as an expert in the field. By forging these relationships, the Market Manager will be able to grow their client base and job volume, driving success for both themselves and the organization. Essential duties and responsibilities • Develop, grow and maintain a market in the designated area • Create marketing assets for real estate professionals and their listings, including photographs, virtual tours, floor plans, and videos • Prioritize the needs of the realtor in all interactions, maintaining a service-oriented mindset • Develop strong relationships with clients and key players in the real estate industry • Drive growth in client base and job volume through proactive business development • Serve as an expert in real estate marketing and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends • Deep understanding of real estate marketing and ability to create compelling marketing assets • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to prioritize the needs of the realtor in all interactions • Proactive approach to business development and ability to identify new opportunities for growth • Service-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service • Willingness to constantly learn and adapt to changing market conditions and industry trends Job Type: Full-time
