CADY Photographers are trained and developed to produce premier-level photography in a variety of photography genres. Top 5 Responsibilities • Provide concierge level service to our studio and school customers • Exhibit strong soft skills in delivering a positive, unforgettable experience for each customer • Use CADY owned photography equipment and trained expertise to capture CADY standard quality photos • Travel as needed for events or specific session types as assigned within a variable scheduling model • Follow internal procedures and process to ensure accurate and timely processing of images • Collaborate with team members to uphold a supportive and cooperative work environment, contributing to a positive work team culture. Job Requirements • Must be at least 18 years of age • High School diploma or equivalent • Must pass a satisfactory background check • Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and reliable transportation • Background in photography with at least hobbyist level skills preferred • Able to work well within a team setting and independently • Amazing customer service and communication skills • Willing and able to travel to all school events and studios within a given territory, transporting photography equipment as needed • Coachable with an ability to learn quickly and produce a quality output • Able to read and write in English Physical Requirements And Environmental Factors • Able to walk or move inside or outside for more than 6 consecutive hours • Able to work in outdoor weather as needed • Able to ascend or descend a ladder • Significant noise and other potential sensory stimulants (i.e., busy retail environment with camera flashes, music, and sometimes crowded area) • Able to travel as needed by car or plane • Able to move up to 40 lbs.
