You must be up to date on the modern aspects of our medium and have an excellent eye for video. This position is part of the IBEW union and you will work with and report to the News Operations Manager. Requirements • Training in the art of video photojournalism • Professional or college experience in a news environment • Ability to carry up to 50 pounds of equipment • Experience with ENG live vans • Can work in all weather conditions • Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record • Computer and software experience; knowledge of Adobe Premiere in particular • Can organize, prioritize, and make deadlines • Ability to take initiative, work collaboratively, and communicate proactively • Have and exhibit unwavering journalistic integrity and ethical standards • Can deal with the stresses and pressures of time-sensitive newscast production • Related military experience will be considered The estimated base salary range for this role is between $76,411.92-$106,778.82.
