About the Role

We’re hiring a friendly, reliable, and service-driven Real Estate Photographer to join a growing media team in the Fayetteville area.

This is a client-facing, field-based role where you’ll travel to residential properties, capture listing media, and deliver a smooth, professional experience for every client.

No prior professional photography experience required. We provide paid training, company equipment, and a clear step-by-step process so you can succeed quickly.

What You’ll Do

Travel locally to residential properties for scheduled appointmentsCapture interior and exterior listing photos using a structured shot listAssist with drone and video services (after certification)Represent the company professionally with agents and homeownersUpload media files after each shoot (no editing required)Follow company processes and maintain organized workflowsCommunicate clearly with the team and clients

Schedule & Availability

Approximately 30 hours per weekFlexible schedule, must be adaptable based on bookingsAvailability for both morning and afternoon appointments requiredLocal travel required throughout Fayetteville and surrounding areasCompensation

Training: $20/hourStandard photography: $25/hourDrone services: $25/hourVideo services: $30–$40/hourMileage reimbursement: $0.30 per mileAll on-site work and required training are paid.
