Overview

Produce visually compelling and impactful photographs by taking high-quality photographs and video for visual, technical, and educational purposes. Work with senior leadership to produce a combination of photos and videos to use in marketing, training, and educational purposes. As a successful candidate, you will demonstrate the ability to achieve technical excellence, meet qualitative and quantitative goals, and deliver results that align with project requirements and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Managing photography sessions and clearly communicating with the marketing team to set up a time and location for a photoshootMaintaining and managing photography equipmentSubmitting photos into D.A.M. tool with proper labeling and taggingWork with traditional and modern photography equipment, arrange objects and scenes, and direct participants during photoshoots Maintain archives of images and videosStay updated with best practices and techniques and apply them effectively. Their ultimate objective is to produce visually compelling and impactful photographs.Attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be evident in every aspect of your work, from arranging scenes and lighting to directing participants and post-processing images. Proven professional shooting experienceEye-catching portfolioProficient with traditional and modern equipmentSolid knowledge of Photoshop, Capture One or other photography specific softwareShooting, lighting and printing skillsCompetency in applying photographic best practices and techniquesKnowledge of production process for online publishing and various printing applicationsAbility to juggle multiple tasks
Qualifications

Qualifications

Strong personal and technical communication skillsMultitasking ability in a fast-paced environmentHighly organized and detail orientedComputer literacy in a Windows and Mac environment, including Microsoft Suite and Adobe Creative Suite

Education and experience

Associate degree in photography or related discipline from an accredited college or university2+ years of previous photography experience in restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred Excellent phone communication skills, and excellent organizational Highly detail oriented, self-motivated and conscientious on follow throughProfessional personal presentation with cordial one-on-one presenceAbility to perform as a team member and possess strong computer skills
