Photographer

A minimum of 2 years' professional photography experience is required, including demonstrated skills in portrait, event, and/or documentary-style photography and a mastery of studio and on-location lighting equipment. The Photographer collaborates with other members of the marketing team to capture compelling visual imagery that tells meaningful stories and aligns with organizational messaging. Reports to departmental leadership.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESWorks with members of the marketing team as well as individuals from outside the department to plan and execute professional photo shoots. Manages photo shoot environments, including lighting, composition, and logistics, to enhance the quality and visual impact of images. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse subjects and teams.
