THE ROLE: Blue Compass RV is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Photographer to join our growing Marketing team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for composition, lighting, storytelling, and branding while thriving in a fast-paced environment. COMPENSATION: $20/hourly Capture high-quality photos of RV inventory for dealership websites, social media, advertising campaigns, and marketing materials Photograph dealership events, hiring events, employee spotlights, customer deliveries, and company culture initiatives Travel to dealership locations as needed for photography projects and content creation Edit and retouch photos to ensure brand consistency and professional presentation Organize and maintain digital photo libraries and media assets Collaborate with Recruiting, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams on content needs Assist in creating social media content and visual storytelling campaigns Ensure all photography aligns with Blue Compass RV branding standards Capture lifestyle and action photography that highlights the RV experience and outdoor lifestyle Assist with video content capture when needed Manage photography equipment, lighting, and production setup Stay current on photography trends, editing techniques, and content strategies If you are ready to combine your passion for photography with an exciting and growing company, apply today and help tell the Blue Compass RV story through impactful visual content.
