Photographer

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a photographer, providing expertise and state-of-the-art skill in taking and enhancing photographs and visual representations to convey a project's mission and impact. Knowledge of complex black and white, color, identification, digital, and studio portrait photographyComprehensive and current knowledge of a wide range of photographic equipment, techniques, and processesComprehensive knowledge of and ability to select specialized cameras, other photographic equipment, film, and paper in order to achieve the most artistic results for photographs takenAbility to manage changes in photographic work products without materially increasing costs and to meet constantly changing and emergency requests from senior managersExperience with event and editorial photography in fast-paced, deadline-driven settingsAbility to provide leadership and guidanceDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writingA bachelor's degree from an accredited college or universityMinimum five (5) years of relevant experience Benefits at Red Carrot: Profit Sharing – Discretionary profit-sharing plan to all eligible employees after one year of employment.
