Onsite from day 1 The candidate will be responsible for: • Executive portraits • Photo field assignments for all departments, including creating content for Department of Communications platforms such as, websites and social media • Taking visuals for print collateral such as brochures, pamphlets, or flyers • Organizing, editing, and archiving of all photographic images on Digital Asset Management systems (such as Photo Shelter) and external hard drives • Scanning and archiving of vintage prints and black/white or color negatives • Handle special departmental requests for individual/staff group shots • Maintain an inventory of all photographic equipment • Support and troubleshoot cameras, ensuring proper functionality • Photographic content creation for extensive public relations campaigns • Creation of photo content for Real Estate and Capital Projects including all phases of major renovations and scheduled improvements happening throughout the five boroughs • Job responsibilities may require nights and weekend events • The photographer MUST travel and work at client developments and other locations throughout New York City
