The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of photography techniques, excellent creative and technical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • In line with the core values of Cincinnati Children’s, make an intentional effort to ensure that the overall book of organizational photography includes diverse representation of staff, patients, families and reflects our internal and external community. • Work closely with the marketing, communications and design teams to understand project goals and deliver visual content that enhances marketing and communications materials. • Provide creative input and ideas for visual content that align with the brand's messaging and goals. • Knowledge of current trends in photography and design.
