Job Description

FULL TRAINING PROVIDED. No photography experience or equipment required.

We are seeking a Photographer and Studio Associate to join our dream team. This is a dynamic role for an A player who is excited to do whatever it takes to create an exceptional client experience.

This person is just as comfortable assisting during a session as they are stepping behind the camera or sitting down to manage client correspondence and daily operations. They do not mind getting their hands, dirty, keeping kids engaged and entertained, tidying the studio to ensure a five star atmosphere, or handling the behind-the-scenes administrative work to keep everything moving.

The ideal candidate stays patient and clam with people under pressure, whether navigating high energy children, emotional moments, unexpected tech hiccups, or a full inbox. Responsibilities

On Set & Photography
• Building rapport with clients
• On set assisting
• Photographing clients in our specific style and posing
• Preparing images for viewing
• Working with our retoucher and submitting revisions

Studio Administration & Operations
• Managing email correspondence with clients and vendors
• Entering and maintaining data in our CRM and accounting software
• Conducting outreach to leads and following up
• Monitoring and handling calls on the studio phone line
• Maintaining cleanliness, order, and efficiency in the studio
• Handling various tasks and errands essential to studio operations

Qualifications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with clients, understand their needs, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Confidence to learn new technology and skills
• Strong leadership, organizational and time management skills
• A positive and professional attitude, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing studio needs and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the business.

• Days: M-F
• Hours: 9am-5pm
• Job Type Full Time (39 Hours)
• Pay: $20/hour

The role is designed for someone who is excited to grow within our studio long term and be fully committed to Heather Tabacchi Photography. Applicants should not be operating or planning to start another photography business. A contract agreement will be required.
