I'm a Honolulu commercial photographer seeking an on-call assistant. My assignments include photographing for hotels and working with corporate clients.
This position is ideal if you'd like to work in a photography and from someone with 30+ years of experience.
The ideal applicant:
-Someone who can show up to work on time
-Dress and speak professionally
-Have their own transportation
-Can carry heavy equipment (45lbs)
-Have a positive attitude
-Strong work ethics
-Has an interest in photography or video production
Duties: Set up lights and cameras, organize products and props, prep and style hotel rooms, move heavy equipment (carry by hand or push equipment dollies).
Required: You must have a flexible and open weekday schedule.
Preferred: A recent college graduate with a photography or film degree.
Pay: $35/hour. I average 6-10 work days per month. However, due to the nature of freelance assignments, work days vary week-to-week. We don't work weekends.
This job is ideal for someone with a part-time evening or weekend job, or someone who can schedule gig work around our schedule.
