Photographer & Catalog Specialist - Internal Applicants Only

You will be working in a studio environment where you will be responsible for all catalog and photography needs from building the product listing, to the photo capture/editing, and finally exporting to the posting department where images are uploaded to our website. With having a dual role as a photographer and cataloger with TPC, you will have the exciting opportunity to participate in all phases of PDP listings and product photography research, as it relates to the bicycle industry. Product Photographer: • Produce high quality digital photographs of bicycle industry products that accurately represent color, functionality, and features of products across all brands • Consistently produce images that are aligned with TPC established brand standards • Fulfill location and travel shoots for TPC and affiliated assignments • Collaboration on composition and post production standards with the creative team members to ensure final assets meet TPC e-commerce standards and business needs • Contribute photographic expertise in collaboration with the Photography team, to create departmental and studio improvements • Maintain communication with the Photography Supervisor to coordinate daily shooting workflow • Ensure a high level of consistent technical quality and aesthetics for all photography created, as well as researching, experimenting, learning new techniques and post production methods when necessary • Maintain studio equipment, scheduling maintenance and repairs • A fun, relaxed, and flexible work environment • All-hands company meeting keeps you engaged and connected to the business and your team members • A culture of transparency with regular updates on company performance • Group rides and amazing industry discounts About the Company: The Pro's Closet
