Photographer & Creative Strategist

Colangelo & Partners is a leading fine wine and spirits integrated communications agency in the United States, sought after by top brands and industry players for the quality of their results, creativity, and return on investment. We are searching for a Photographer & Creative Strategist to execute cohesive social media content on behalf of our clients. The main responsibility of this position will be to produce photographs for our client's social media pages; this includes setting up, taking, and editing photos according to the client’s brand. Another aspect of this position will be collaboration on bringing creative concepts to life; this includes working closely with the Social Media Team to develop thoughtful content to maximize our marketing efforts. RESPONSIBILITIES \\- Produce between 8-10 original creatives per week \\- Work with Social Media Team to execute images according to client branding \\- Develop strategies that will engage audiences and increase followers \\- Maximize value and help grow our creative services \\- Engage with clients to understand their goals \\- Participate in new business pitches QUALIFICATIONS \\- 2-4 years of social media photography experience \\- Skilled in food styling \\- Food/beverage photography background is required; product or lifestyle photography is a plus \\- Ability to create and edit moving images (gifs, stop motion) and short video content \\- Strong communication skills; knows how to communicate with clients, take feedback, and work with a team to deliver excellent results \\- Understands social media platforms and the types of content that perform best on those platforms (specifically, Facebook and Instagram) \\- High-quality DSLR camera and tripod - other equipment will be provided \\- Knowledge or genuine interest in the wine & spirits industry \\- Must have access to own studio or be willing to work out of our in-office studio a few days per week
