Unforme (un-form) is a design studio and e-commerce store promoting a conscientious relationship to space and form. We support independent artists, representing thoughtfully designed, timeless objects made from natural materials with sustainable practices and processes. We are seeking a talented freelance photographer to capture our vision through still life product photography and editorial assets. Responsibilities: The Lead Photographer is responsible for maintaining the visual direction of the website through clear product photography and creative editorial assets. \\- Coordinate and execute weekly in-house product shoots \\- Deliver finished digital images, film stills and video assets \\- Communicate our image and brand values through your work \\- Create marketing assets for social media and collaborate with brand partners on visual projects \\- Produce high quality, accurate, engaging and consistent product images that are properly exposed and color corrected \\- Care for and maintain studio equipment \\- Adhere to and uphold quality standards \\- Crop and process all images within file size specification guidelines \\- Name and maintain all photo and video files according to SEO specifications, properly archive images \\- Ensure no more than 5% of images are reshot per shoot \\- Edit, layout and coordinate imagery for printed collateral, as needed \\- Meet deadlines to prepare for new website material \\- Suggest improvements in workflow to bring the department forward \\- Support the department by performing ad hoc studio tasks as needed Skills and Requirements: \\- Must have a portfolio to be considered \\- Published work is a plus \\- A minimum of two years’ studio experience using digital cameras, retouching, editing, videography and lighting required \\- High technical proficiency in Bridge, Finder, Photoshop, Capture One, Camera Raw or Lightroom and networked computers \\- Proficiency in Premiere, Illustrator, InDesign and Keynote \\- We are seeking leaders with a positive outlook \\- Must be communicative, honest, transparent and possess a deep passion for photography \\- Understand our demographic, competition, competitive advantages and positioning
