Romeo Auto Group is growing, and we are looking for a motivated Automotive Photographer & Digital Merchandising Specialist to join our team!

This position plays an important role in presenting our new and pre-owned inventory professionally and accurately online. You will photograph vehicles, process and upload images, verify inventory details, and help ensure each vehicle is customer-ready across our dealership websites and approved third-party platforms.

Pay Range: $19-$21 per hour

Photograph new and pre-owned inventory
Upload and manage vehicle photos online
Verify VINs, vehicle details, and listings for accuracy
Ensure vehicles are professionally displayed across inventory platforms
Maintain photo quality, consistency, and organization
Work closely with Sales, Service, Reconditioning, and Inventory teams

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and digital inventory systems
Photography experience preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Automotive knowledge is a plus, but not required
Must be dependable, professional, and customer-focused
