The Photographer Editing Assistant is responsible for producing high-quality visual assets that support vehicle listings, internet sales, and company marketing initiatives. The position requires strong technical proficiency, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities ).Assist with floorplan creation and other Photoshop-related tasks.Film vehicle walkthrough videos using a company-provided iPhone.Operate and utilize a company-provided gimbal for stabilized footage.Follow established video guidelines, shot structure, and presentation standards.Upload video content to designated company systems.Respond to photography, editing, and video requests from Internet Sales and management teams.Prioritize tasks based on business needs and deadlines.Maintain consistent communication with supervisors and relevant departments.Provide occasional coverage or assistance for other locations when required.Meet weekly productivity benchmarks and performance standards.Maintain accuracy and consistency across visual deliverables.Remain open to learning new tools, technologies, and workflows.Adapt to evolving business needs and responsibilities.Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.Maintain organized and accurate records.Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and accountability.Perform additional duties as assigned.Requirements Proficiency with iPhone photography and videography.Experience with Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop.Strong computer skills (Windows environment).Ability to troubleshoot basic technical and file-format issues.Strong attention to detail and visual quality.Effective time management and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.Strong communication skills.Ability to sit for extended periods (up to 8 hours).Ability to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, and move around vehicles.Ability to lift and carry items between 20 – 55 lbs.Ability to visually assess surroundings and vehicle conditions.Ability to work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions.Ability to work outside normal business hours on occasion if needed.Benefits
